Cervantes Concrete Consulting was founded by Chad and Brandy Cervantes with a simple goal: to help concrete producers, contractors, and developers make smarter decisions about their concrete operations.
With more than 26 years of experience in the ready-mix concrete industry, Chad brings hands-on experience in concrete production, batch plant operations, equipment, automation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and plant management. His background includes working with ready-mix and precast operations, DOT and Army Corps projects, and multiple plant automation systems.
Chad understands that every concrete operation is different. Whether you’re starting a new plant, expanding an existing operation, replacing equipment, upgrading automation, or dealing with production problems, the right solution isn’t always the most expensive one. His approach is to understand your operation first, then help you identify equipment and systems that make sense for your goals and budget.
Brandy brings her own strengths to the business, helping with the organization, customer experience, marketing, and day-to-day development of Cervantes Concrete Consulting. Together, Chad and Brandy have built the company around personal service, honest communication, and long-term relationships.
